Chef Eric Skokan of Black Cat will be donating 25 percent of the proceeds of a dinner on Saturday, May 23 (Memorial Day weekend) to Crest View's Garden to Table program. Please make a reservation now to join us in supporting Crest View kids' new Garden to Table program, where they they are getting hands-on lessons about growing and eating their own food. Lowe's grants

 A neighbor of mine who is quite involved at Whittier said they got a $5K grant from Lowe's -- through the grant program whose deadline I think we just missed for this year. But we should definitely apply next year!
